Gatis joined the Team back in 2024. For the past 10 years, he has worked as Business Controller in a telecommunications and IT services company, as a Group Finance Manager in an IT&T industry company as well as in a construction equipment rental and trading company. Also, Gatis has been providing full-cycle accounting services to small-sized companies in various industries for more than 14 years.

Gatis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Riga Business School and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certificate from CFI Education Inc.

As a hobby, Gatis enjoys fishing, playing board games, and hiking.
